Satisfactory Progress Policy for Washington College Grant and College Bound Scholarship Student progress will be monitored prior to each subsequent disbursement (approx. every 300 clock hours) for those students applying and qualifying for WCG/CBS funds. If at any point it is determined that the student cannot complete the program within a maximum time frame usage limit of five (5) full time years of eligibility for WCG and four (4) full time years for CBS, the student will be considered ineligible for further WCG/CBS funds. State grant funds have a maximum time frame usage limit of five (5) full time years of eligibility for WCG and four (4) full time years for CBS.
